Try the demo
Watch Launchpad deploy a sample app, with nothing to connect and nothing to clean up.
The demo deploys a small sample app, start to finish, so you can watch what a deploy looks like before deciding whether to connect anything.
What it is
- A sample app we maintain: a Next.js site with a Postgres database. Never your code.
- On Axonscape's accounts, not yours, so there's nothing to connect and no keys to paste.
- Deleted automatically after an hour. You can also delete it sooner, like any project.
Press Watch it deploy on the console's Projects page. It takes about two minutes, and the log streams as it runs, exactly as it will for your own app.
What it shows
- The plan, then each step as it's carried out.
- A database being created, its connection string being injected, and the app being deployed.
- The live URL at the end, and the health check that follows.
Limits
So the demo stays cheap and safe for everyone:
- One demo at a time per person, three a day, and a few running at once across all users.
- Its settings can't be changed: a demo always deploys the sample app with a database.
- It doesn't count against your plan's project limit.
Then what
The demo proves the machinery. For your own app, the difference is that everything is created in your accounts, which is why that step asks you to connect them:
- Quickstart walks through your first real deploy.
- Connect your accounts explains what each account is for.
